On July 24 I will be performing a set of music played on my collection of Hollow-neck lap steel guitars. Some folks call these instruments "Hawaiian guitars". A metal tone-bar slides on the fretboard to manipulate the string notes. The 3 guitars on display have distinctly different voices.
I will be playing at the Downtown Has Beans Cafe located on 5th Street and Main Street in Chico. Jim Miller will accompany me on his bass and backup vocals. A sample of our recorded music is available here: http://www.myspace.com/jimbrobeck
